Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HomeUnity LLC, we strive to provide excellent service in appliance repair, junk removal, and cleaning. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which customers may cancel services or request refunds.

1. Appointment Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment: no cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: a $50 late cancellation fee may apply.

  • If a technician has already been dispatched to your location, the minimum service call fee will be charged.

2. No-Show Policy

If the customer is not present or does not provide access to the service location at the scheduled time, the service may be marked as a no-show, and a minimum service fee will apply.

3. Refunds

  • If the service was not completed due to technician error or equipment failure, a full refund may be issued.

  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment. Refunds or partial credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

  • Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable, except in cases where service quality is not met or there was a billing error.

  • Deposits (if required for large jobs) are non-refundable unless the job is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.

5. Communication and Messaging

  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS updates related to your appointment (confirmation, arrival, payment receipts).

  • Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.

  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
